Writing a Chocolate-Flavored Chatbot

What could be more delicious than learning a new skill? My good friend Jess Cervellon, extremely beautiful person and Head of Customer Experience at Feastables, needed a copywriter to give a little personality to their new chatbot. Writing a character? For customer experience? For a CANDY COMPANY? I was ready to sign on before she even finished asking.

Jess and I worked with Certainly.io, a conversational AI platform, to get the chatbot up and running. It was super user-friendly, even more fun than I’d expected, and really satisfying once we launched. The Certainly team was thorough and communicative throughout the whole project-- and after we were done, they asked me to write a guest post for their blog about the process of writing a chatbot.
